Located at 2166 NW 55th Blvd., Gainesville. Deer Creek consists of five stories with (62+) 1 and 2 bedroom units. Amenities include a multipurpose entertainment room, game and craft room, fitness center, meeting rooms, computer room, and an outside picnic area. There will also be a walkway path to the neighboring Gainesville Senior Recreation Center.
