Hermosa North Fort Myers Phase I is an upcoming affordable senior housing community for adults aged 62+, featuring 72 thoughtfully designed apartment homes in a brand-new four-story building. The community will offer 41 one-bedroom and 31 two-bedroom units, tailored for comfort, convenience, and active senior living.
We accept all forms of rental assistance, including Section 8 Housing Vouchers, VASH, and more— you will need to apply to qualify.
Additional fees and charges may apply, including but not limited to application fees (per adult) administrative fees (at application), security deposit, pet processing fees (non-refundable), monthly pet rent (per pet), access device/key fob fees, and utility setup fees (at move-in), in addition, optional monthly charges such as washer and dryer rental, cable, internet, parking (including additional vehicles), storage, and any monthly charges such as pest control and trash/hauling, utility billing administrative fees, and water/sewer (usage-based), as well as utility final billing fees at move-out.
